Welcome to The World of
Baglioni Art Suite
Nestled in the historic heart of Perugia, Baglioni Art Suite is housed within a magnificent noble palace dating back to the 1700s. Walking through its doors means stepping into a timeless narrative, where original 18th-century architectural grandeur meets the bold stroke of modern artistic expression. For centuries, these soaring spaces and noble walls stood as a silent witness to Umbrian history, preserving an atmosphere of elite heritage and absolute prestige.
A Masterpiece by Architect Fausto Cetrini
Bringing this historic treasure into the modern era required a rare balance of deep reverence for the past and a visionary architectural approach. This exceptional restoration was masterfully executed by the renowned architect Fausto Cetrini.
Under Cetrini's expert direction, the noble 175-square-meter apartment underwent a comprehensive transformation. He seamlessly integrated state-of-the-art smart home automation, high-efficiency climate systems, and custom contemporary layouts, all while meticulously preserving the classical symmetry and soul of the 1700s structure.
The result of Fausto Cetrini’s brilliant work is a living gallery—a fluid, luxury sanctuary designed specifically to showcase large-scale abstract artworks against the breathtaking backdrop of Perugia's architectural history. Here, you do not merely stay in a historic suite; you live inside a curated masterwork.
